I want to do something to expand my horizons on a personal level this year, so what better way to do that than by learning a new language?

Yes, I know what you’re about to say… “Why try and learn a new language when he doesn’t even have a grasp of this one?” and here’s my response - “All you need to know is enough to get by…”

I’ll start first by expanding my French. It is, afterall, one of 2 official languages here in Canada, not to mention le Français est la langue de l’amour.

Then I’ll branch out into Spanish, puedo comenzar tan a rasgar de sitios españoles de la tela.

I’ve been sick for a few days. Really freakin sick. Some sort of rogue flu.

I’ve lost 17lbs in 5 days so far - went from 215 down to 198.

It put a damper on the Christmas shopping (so I saved money), my online projects are on hold (but I had time to relax) and I’m looking less puffy but plan on bulking up again with all the holiday cuisine to come.

Boy am I glad this is over and I’m recovering. It would really suck to be sick at Christmas time.

Ok, this is just a random thought of the top of my head… a “what if” sorta thing.

What If (and NO, this WON’T happen) I were to take the knowledge of SEO, RSS, blogging and internet marketing I’ve learned over the years - combine it with black hat techniques and splog/scraper sites?

I know enough not to make the same stupid sites the pseudo black hat, autogenerated scrapemasters try to pass off as sites. I know enough not to set up a schmorg of blogspot link farms. Imagine the controversy! Paul Short a scraper site black hat dude!
